You will work closely with the senior sales leaders, playing a first line role in dealing with incoming sales enquiries from potential customers. With around a 70% enquiry to appointment conversion, you will utilise your strong communication and rapport building skills to qualify or discount leads.

This position requires an individual that likes working at a fast pace, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets, whilst providing a strong consistent level of customer service. You will be responsible for allocating leads and arranging appointments for the relevant Sales Manager with the clients. In addition you will be responsible for undertaking some initial research and background on appointments booked, and creating an overview on each client for the Sales Manager’s meeting. You will also have some administrative responsibilities, keeping the CRM system updated and typing minutes / meeting notes when appropriate.
